The sealing ring is connected with a valve seat. The valve seat is connected with a sphere. A shaft sleeve sleeves the outside of the sphere. A pivot joint externally sleeves the shaft sleeve. Due to the fact that a sealing surface is made by metal material, required seal pressure is much higher than that of soft sealing. The structure of a combined valve seat with a spring and a valve seat is utilized. Through a high-load belleville spring, the initial preload sealing pressure is provided. The linear expansion influence of metal material at high temperature is taken into consideration. A combined design mode of serial connection of the belleville spring is utilized so that the initial prestressing force provided by the belleville spring is satisfied.
