Abstract

The invention discloses a self-repairing polymer material and a preparation method thereof. The self-repairing polymer material is prepared by copolymerizing an unsaturated double bond-containing sulfur-containing monomer and unsaturated alkene, a polymer is dissolved, metal salt is added, metal cations and sulfur element form a coordination bond, and by virtue of an acting force of the coordination bond, a damaged part is repaired. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, synthesizing the unsaturated double bond-containing sulfur-containing monomer; 2, adding the unsaturated double bond-containing sulfur-containing monomer, a comonomer and an initiator sequentially to produce a polymerized product; 3, precipitating, separating and drying the polymerized product, weighing the polymerized product, dissolving the polymerized product in tetrahydrofuran to obtain a polymer solution, weighing metal salt according to a molar ratio of the sulfur-containing monomer in the polymerized product to the metal salt of 1:1 to 1:4, dissolving in the tetrahydrofuran, dropwise adding a metal salt solution into the polymer solution, and stirring for more than 12h to obtain the self-repairing polymer material.
