The locking device comprises a chassis tube and a frame tube which is connected to the front end of the chassis tube in a rotatable manner; a slide rail is arranged on the lower side wall surface of the frame tube; a first end of a supporting tube is connected to the chassis tube in a rotatable manner; a second end of the supporting tube is arranged in the slide rail in a slideable manner; a pushing handle tube is arranged in the frame tube in a slideable adjusting manner; an elastic connecting piece is arranged at the interior bottom of the frame tube; a collision platform is arranged at the top of the elastic connecting piece; a first locking part for locking the second end of the supporting tube is arranged at the lower end of the slide rail; and when the pushing handle tube collides with the collision platform, the first locking part unlocks the second end of the supporting tube. When unlocking is required, the pushing handle tube is enabled to slide into the frame tube so that the bottom of the pushing handle tube collides with the collision platform at the interior bottom of the frame tube, and the collision platform moves backward to drive the first locking part to unlock the second end of the supporting tube; therefore, the locking device easy to fold is provided.
