Embodiment Construction

[0037] Such as Figure 1-7 Among them, a nutrient solution infusion device, which includes:

[0038] a first pulley 102 driven to rotate by a driving device;

[0039] driven second pulley 110;

[0040] Tape 104 passed around the first pulley 102 and the second pulley 110;

[0041] At least two extrusion rollers 101, the extrusion rollers 101 are connected with the adhesive tape 104;

[0042]The backboard 109, the backboard 109 is arranged on one side of the adhesive tape 104, the space for placing the rubber hose 3 is formed between the backboard 109 and the adhesive tape 104, and as the adhesive tape 104 rotates, the rubber hose 3 is intermittently squeezed by the extrusion roller 101. With this structure, when the rubber hose 3 for transporting the nutrient solution is placed between the back plate 109 and the adhesive tape 104, as the first pulley 102 rotates, the adhesive tape rotates thereupon, and the squeezing roller 101 fixedly connected with the adhesive tape follo...

Abstract

The invention provides a nutrient solution infusion device comprising a first belt wheel which is driven to rotate by a driving device; a driven second belt wheel; an adhesive tape which surrounds the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel; at least two squeeze rollers which are connected with the adhesive tape; a backboard which is installed at one side of the adhesive tape; a space for placing rubber hoses is formed between the backboard and the adhesive tape; the rubber hoses are squeezed by the squeeze rollers intermittently along with the rotation of the adhesive tape. By means of the structure of the adhesive tape and the squeeze roller, the nutrient solution infusion rubber hoses can be continuously squeezed from the outside along a straight line so as to push the nutrient solution inside the rubber hoses to be continuously transmitted; during the process of transmitting, the rubber hose is roughly kept in a straight line without bending. Therefore, cases of obstruction due to the rubber hose being not long enough or repeatedly bending are avoided. By means of the structure driven with the adhesive tape, compared with impellers of the prior art, the rotation radius is less while torque is not increased; the nutrient solution infusion device is suitable for directly mounting on a rubber hose and is convenient for mounting and dismounting.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to a nutrient solution infusion device. Background technique [0002] Clinically, newborn infants and young children are often unable to take food orally due to inability to suck on a pacifier, mechanical ventilation, coma, etc. when they are sick. In order to ensure the nutritional needs of sick infants and young children, doctors generally give the children indwelling gastric tubes, nasal feeding of milk, etc. For the treatment of liquid diet, there is currently no suitable enteral nutrition infusion device for infants and young children in clinical practice. Some use syringes to inject into the gastric tube in stages, and some hospital nurses take local materials, remove the needle and piston of the syringe, and pour milk The liquid diet is poured into the syringe, fixed on the incubator or the infusion stand, and is fed into the stomach of the child through the gastric tube by gra...
