According to the method, apparatus and system of the intelligent terminal control rules, the related private control rules of the control objects are collected; and the common control rules are formed based on the matching of the received private control rules and the existing private control rules and statistical results, and the common control rules are recommended to the intelligent terminal, and therefore, the learning costs and operational complexity of a user in the use of the intelligent terminal can be reduced. The method, apparatus and system can flexibility adapt to changes in external environments.
