Embodiment Construction

[0029] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment the present invention will be described in further detail:

[0030] Such as figure 1 As shown, a reverse demolition device for a dense high-rise building includes a support pier 1 poured around the load-bearing column 3, the inner bottom of the support pier 1 is provided with a hollow cavity 6, and the side of the support pier 1 is provided with a hollow cavity 6 The connected operation hole 8 cuts off the load-bearing column 3 in the cavity 6 of the support pier 1 and replaces it with a jack 2. The upper part of the support pier 1 is set as an inclined surface 5, and the distance between the upper inclined surface 5 of the support pier 1 and the load-bearing column 3 Large and small, a plurality of rolling elements 4 are arranged between the upper inclined surface 5 of the support pier 1 and the load-bearing column 3 .

[0031] The outside of the supporting pier 1 is in the shape of a prism with a ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reverse dismantling device for a dense high-rise building and a use method thereof. The reverse dismantling device comprises a supporting pier poured around a bearing stand column. The inner bottom of the supporting pier is provided with a hollow cavity. The side face of the supporting pier is provided with an operation hole. The portion, in the hollow cavity of the supporting pier, of the bearing stand column is cut off and replaced by a jack. The upper portion of the supporting pier is arranged to be inclined planes. A plurality of rolling bodies are arranged between the inclined planes of the upper portion of the supporting pier and the bearing stand column. The portions, in supporting piers, of bearing stand columns are cut off through a diamond rope one by one; jacks are inserted into the cut-off positions of the bearing stand columns to replace the original parts of the bearing stand columns; after all the bearing stand columns are cut, rolling bodies on the inclined planes of the upper portions of all the supporting piers are taken away, the jacks are descended at the same time, and the descending amplitude is equivalent to the cutting height; after the jacks are descended to the original height, the rolling bodies are put on the inclined planes on the upper portions of the supporting piers; and the bearing stand columns are cut according the previous steps till the building is completely dismantled. The reverse dismantling device can conduct reverse dismantling under the condition that the building is kept stable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of urban building demolition, in particular to a reverse demolition device for dense high-rise buildings and a method for using the same. Background technique [0002] With the development of society, the number of high-rise and dense buildings in the city is gradually increasing, but due to the needs of urban planning and construction or the buildings exceed the service life, these buildings need to be demolished at a specific time. [0003] At present, demolition of buildings is generally done by blasting or traditional machinery, but blasting demolition and traditional machinery are not completely suitable for the demolition of high-rise and dense buildings in cities. The building reverse demolition technology is to first cut the load-bearing columns at the bottom of the building one by one and install jacks. After the building structure is temporarily propped up, it is demolished layer by layer starting from the l...
