Abstract

The invention discloses a GC-EI/MS (gas chromatography-electron impact ionization/mass spectrometry) analysis method for volatile components of Taiwan junipers, and relates to Taiwan junipers. After a Taiwan juniper sample is crushed into powder, aroma components are trapped by head-space solid phase micro-extraction technology, qualitative analysis is performed by GC-EI/MS, and relative mass fraction of the components is determined by an area normalization method. 31 volatile components of the Taiwan junipers are totally identified and have complicated and rich chemical components. Composition of volatile substances of the Taiwan junipers can be effectively analyzed by the method, a novel method is provided for analysis of the volatile components of the Taiwan junipers, and research and further development of the Taiwan junipers can be promoted.
