A first master control unit and a second master control unit are communicated and connected, and a plurality of broadcast shunts are electrically connected between the first master control unit and the second master control unit so as to form a plurality of closed loops. The plurality of broadcast shunts are correspondingly installed in a plurality of areas of a ship. Each broadcast shunt comprises a plurality of loudspeakers. When any one or the plurality of loudspeakers generate a fault, the loudspeakers send a fault alarm signal to the first master control unit. The second master control unit is correspondingly cooperated with the first master control unit to make the loudspeakers which have no fault give an alarm continuously. In the prior art, once one horn generates the fault, the residual horns can not work normally. By using the system and the method of the invention, the above problem is solved.
