Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the control of aircraft weed mainly adopts physical control (manual and mechanical), chemical control and biological control, among which biological control mainly uses the introduction of natural enemies, planting pasture and economic tree species to achieve the purpose of controlling or replacing aircraft weed. Most of them have defects such as limited area, time-consuming and labor-intensive, environmental pollution, and difficulty in continuous effectiveness, and some have a greater risk of biological invasion
Alternative control is a relatively traditional and sustainable technical method in biological control technology. Its basic principle is to select one or more economic crops, forages and timber that have a competitive advantage over aircraft grass according to the resource competition relationship between different plant species. Plants such as tree species can gradually achieve and achieve the goal of controlling and successfully replacing planegrass through artificial management, but so far there is no report of using a variety of native plants with different life forms to establish a multi-layered community to replace the control of planegrass

Embodiment

[0025] It was carried out in Longhetun (23° 22′ N, 107° 22′ E), Buyao Village, Guohua Town, Pingguo County, Guangxi. The village is located in the south of Pingguo County, in the middle of the karst mountainous area in southwestern Guangxi, adjacent to the Youjiang River Valley. It belongs to a relatively typical Fengcong depression area, and the degree of rocky desertification and aircraft grass invasion is relatively serious. In March 2013, a piece of abandoned cultivated land (240m above sea level) that had been left uncultivated for 3 to 4 years and where the dominant species of the plant was selected, was used as materials such as Yitong, Nanzizao, redbacked mountain hemp stalk and watercanegrass to carry out rural land cultivation. The test of plant stratified community instead of controlling planegrass, in which Yitong and Nanzizao are 1-year-old bare-root seedlings, red-backed mountain stalks are 1-year-old bagged seedlings, and water cane grass is used as seeds.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of replacement control of eupatorium odoratum in abandoned farmlands in a stony desertification region, including the steps of: in an abandoned farmland, in which the eupatorium odoratum holds advantage, in the stony desertification region, selecting local pioneer plants, such as itoa orientalis, choerospondias axillaris, alchornea trewioides, apluda mutica and the like, which have high transplanting survival rate or germination rate and grow rapidly; and with reference to the species composition, community structure and natural succession characters of local arbor pioneer communities, establishing a multiple-layer plant community including arbor layers, shrub layers and herbaceous layers, so that the eupatorium odoratum is effectively controlled and successfully replaced by means of the multiple-layer plant community and finally replacement control of the eupatorium odoratum is achieved. In the abandoned farmlands in a stony desertification region, the four mentioned plants are selected to establish the multiple-layer plant community for the replacement control of the eupatorium odoratum, so that very significant effect is achieved. The method can significantly inhibit germination and growth of the eupatorium odoratum, is high-effective and long-lasting, and is beneficial to recovery of local species and ecological safety.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the biological control technology, in particular to the aircraft grass used for replacing and controlling the abandoned cultivated land in the southern karst rocky desertification area (hereinafter referred to as the rocky desertification area), and is suitable for the alternative control of the aircraft grass in adjacent areas. Background technique [0002] Airplane Grass ( Chromolaena odorata (L) R. King et H. Rob) belongs to the family Asteraceae Eupatorium, a perennial stout herb, native to Central and South America, and now widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions such as Africa, Asia and Oceania, and is recognized by the International Union for Conservation of Nature Listed as one of the world's 100 most important invasive species. Since it was first discovered in my country at the beginning of the 20th century, it has been widely distributed in Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and other province...
