A water-gas linkage valve comprises a fuel gas adjusting valve body, a linkage valve body, a microswitch and a water valve body. The linkage valve body comprises a linkage valve main body, a linkage jacking rod, a pressure spring and a valve assembly pushing rod; the water valve body comprises a water inlet connector, a water inlet cavity, a valve element cavity and a water guiding hole, wherein the valve element cavity communicates with the water inlet cavity, and the water guiding hole communicates with the valve element cavity; a water valve cover comprises a water outlet cavity and a water outlet connector communicating with the water outlet cavity; a membrane comprises a body part and an annular seat part, and a membrane pressure stabilizing hole is formed in the body part; a disc pressure stabilizing hole is formed in a disc body; the axes of the membrane pressure stabilizing hole and the disc pressure stabilizing hole are overlapped and communicate; the membrane is arranged on a valve flange; and the valve element cavity communicates with the water inlet cavity and the water outlet cavity. Through arrangement of the pressure stabilizing holes in the membrane and the disc body, the water pressure of the water inlet cavity and the water outlet cavity can be kept to be balanced, and the relative position of the membrane is kept to be unchanged. The flows of fuel gas and water are increased proportionally or decreased proportionally, the fuel gas amount and the water outlet amount are constant, and the hot water outlet temperature is constant, so that using comfort is guaranteed, and the energy efficiency ratio is increased.
