The fructus momordicae is selected from many medicinal and edible plants which can be drunk and cooperates with the curcuma, so that the high-value beverage can be prepared; and besides, through screening, the best compounding ratio of the curcuma to the fructus momordicae is obtained, so that the curcuma and fructus momordicae beverage which is good in mouth feel and golden in appearance can be obtained only through being cooked with water.
