The coil comprises an auricle conformal composite loop adaptive to the auricle root contour and a plurality of acupoint collaborative excitation coils nested on the auricle conformal composite loop. The auricle conformal composite loop adopts a composite structure formed by combining a straight line section and an arc section, so that tight conformity with ear anatomical characteristics is realized; during working, cooperative excitation is formed through reverse configuration of currents of the main coil and the auxiliary coil, and a focusing electric field with enhanced vector superposition is generated at acupuncture points such as the ear door and the listening uterus. The problems that a traditional coil is poor in fitting degree and poor in focusing performance are effectively solved, and non-invasive efficient and accurate treatment is achieved.
