Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-index synchronous optimization method and system for an external rotor switch reluctance motor. The optimization method includes the steps that a power constraint condition of an electric vehicle to awheel hub motor is established; a performance index and a structure parameterof the motor power are determined according to the power constraint condition; a motor structure size constraint condition of each structure parameter is established; an orthogonal table of each structure parameter is determined according to each motor structure size constraint condition, wherein the orthogonal table comprises a plurality of levels and corresponding values for each structure parameter, and a first set of orthogonal experiment is carried out; a multi-index synchronous optimization objective function is established according to the results of the first set of orthogonal experiment and the performance index; and an optimal solution structure parameter combination is determined according to the multi-index synchronous optimization objective function and the level of each structure parameter to achieve the synchronous optimization of multiple performance indexes.
