silicon steel sheets, insulating bushings, toothed plates, winding slots, and six-phase winding coils. The insulating
bushing is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the
silicon steel sheet, the toothed plates are integrally disposed on the surface of the
silicon steel sheet, the winding slots are disposed between two adjacent toothed plates, and the six-phase winding coils are wound inside the winding slots. Through the coil winding mechanism,
stator support mechanism, rotor hub mechanism,
lubrication pump mechanism, and
lubrication seepage mechanism, torque pulsation can be reduced,
torque density increased, and single-phase current pressure reduced, thereby improving the stability of the hub rotation. Simultaneously, the star-
delta connection mode of the six-phase winding coils can be dynamically switched, ensuring that the motor switches between light-load start-up and high-torque, high-speed operation, thus ensuring that the output of the motor in each frequency range meets the requirements of practical applications.
