The set plane is defined as an x-y plane, and the first reflection curved surface and the second reflection curved surface satisfy the conditions that when being irradiated to the first reflection curved surface from a first position outside the delay structure and in a direction parallel with the x-y plane, the light is reflected to the second reflection curved surface via the first reflection curved surface, and is emitted to a second position outside the delay structure via the second reflection curved surface in a direction parallel with the incident direction. The present invention also provides an optical delay device.
