The method includes: carrying out linear regression fitting on a plurality of data points with specified parameter as ordinates and recovery percent as abscissas to obtain a linear relationship curve diagram of the specified parameter and the recovery percent; determiningan ultimate recovery factor of the objective oil reservoir according to the linear relationship curve diagram; determining a water-drive characteristic curve type corresponding to historical production data, and determining an association relationship of recovery percent and the water contents of the objective oil reservoir according to the water-drive characteristic curve type; determining a historical initial value of the recovery percent and a historical initial value of the water contents of the objective oil reservoir; and determining the water contents under the different recovery percent of the objective oil reservoir according to the historical initial value of the recovery percent, the historical initial value of the water contents and the association relationship of the recoverypercent and the water contents.
