Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the synthesis efficiency of methane through coupled anaerobic digestion and MFC. The method treats waste biogas slurry produced in anaerobic digestion while improving the synthesis efficiency of methane synthesized through anaerobic digestion. The method comprises the following steps: constructing MFC with the waste biogas slurry as a raw material, and carrying out series connection so as to form a battery pack, wherein positive electrode liquid contains the waste biogas slurry produced during anaerobic digestion; and adding electrodes into an anaerobic digestion reactor, connecting the electrodes to the battery pack, applying current with voltage of 0.8 to 1.6 V onto two ends of the electrodes so as to allow the biogas slurry to undergo anaerobic digestion under the condition, and replacing the positive electrode liquid and negative electrode liquid in the MFC at regular intervals until an anaerobic digestion period is completed. The method provided by the invention integrates the characteristics of anaerobic digestion and bioelectrochemical systems, can effectively treat waste biogas slurry produced in the process of fermentation andimprove the biosynthesis efficiency of methane, saves cost, protects environment and has good economic and environmental benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing methane by anaerobic digestion, in particular to a method for improving biomethane synthesis efficiency by coupling anaerobic digestion and MFC, and belongs to the field of bioenergy. Background technique [0002] The global energy and environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, and the development and research of new clean energy has become a hot spot all over the world. Anaerobic fermentation technology can use manure and straw to produce clean biogas, and it is also an effective way to utilize it as a resource. After pretreatment of manure, straw, etc., it can produce clean energy-methane through microbial anaerobic fermentation. However, problems such as low methane gas production rate, low methane concentration and high process energy consumption in the anaerobic digestion process are technical difficulties that people urgently need to solve. In addition, the biogas slurry wastewater...
