Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring free water content and bound water content of animal tissues. The method comprises the following steps: preparing animals, tumor strains and instruments;dividing the animals into a physiological group and a pathological group; injecting H22 cells into the armpits of the animals in the pathological group and establishing an H22 tumor-bearing model; molding the H22 tumor-bearing model for 14 days and taking out the right back limb tissue; heating; performing data processing; performing statistical analysis. The method has the following advantages:the free water content and the bound water content of the animal tissues can be effectively detected, different tissues need to be baked for different time to achieve constant weight, through heatingand weighing, the free water in the physiological group must be heated at 75 DEG C for 4 hours and the free water in the pathological group must be heated at 75 DEG C for 5 hours; weak bound water ofthe physiological group and the pathological group must be heated at 100 DEG C for 2 hours, strong bound water of the physiological group and the pathological group must be heated at 120 DEG C for 1 hour, and research on the free water and bound water in the animal tissues is beneficial to early diagnosis of tumor diseases and research on anti-tumor medicines and can be applied to research on anti-ageing medicines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring the content of free water and bound water in animal tissues, and belongs to the technical field of medicine. Background technique [0002] The research of free water and bound water is mainly used in the fields of construction, water conservancy, chemical industry and agriculture. However, the research on free water and bound water of animal tissues is extremely rare, and the method for the determination of its content has never been reported. [0003] There are two forms of water in animal tissues: free water and bound water. As a good solvent, free water can transport nutrients in organisms or cells to various cells, and transport metabolic wastes to excretory organs. The bound water is weakly bound water and strongly bound water, which is bound to organic solid substances by hydrogen bonds and polar bonds. The determination of the content of free water and bound water in cells is of great significan...
