The invention discloses a method, apparatus and device for creating a pipe label, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of determining a pipe group, determining a starting point position of each pipe in the pipe group in an overlapped pipe portion, and determining a lead inflection point position, a lead final position and a label main body position of each pipe; wherein the label positions of each pipes do not overlap each other; and according to the lead inflection point position, the lead final position and the label main body position of each pipe, creatingthe label of each pipe in the pipe group. It can be seen that in the scheme, the pipes are parallel to each other, the pipes having the overlapped pipe portion in the direction perpendicular to the pipe trend fall into one group; in the group, the label positions of the pipes not overlapping each other are determined, so that the automatic creation of the pipe labels is achieved without manual creation of the labels, the label overlapping phenomenon is also avoided under complex conditions, and the pipe labeling efficiency and accuracy are improved.
