Abstract

The invention provides a method for controlling an overtaken vehicle. The method is used for controlling the first vehicle when the first vehicle is overtaken and comprises the steps that whether a rear vehicle is overtaken or not is determined; and when it is determined that the rear vehicle is overtaken, the speed of the first vehicle is controlled.
