The upper end of the fixed base is provided with the upper base in the way of being supported by a horizontal rotating assembly. A vertical rotating rod is arranged inside the upper base by adoption of a vertical rotating assembly. The vertical rotating rod is provided with the camera shooting platform base in a lifting adjustablemode through the lifting adjustment assembly. The camera shooting platform base is provided with the camera shooting equipment clamping assembly. Camera shooting equipment is arranged on the camera shooting equipment clamping assembly in a clamping mode. By means of the angle adjusting device for photography and video recording, the horizontal rotating angle of the camera shooting equipment can beadjusted, and meanwhile vertical angle adjustment can be made.
