The invention discloses a real-time optimal dispatching method for variable-air-volume air conditioning system in response to power grid frequency regulation. The method comprises the following stepsthat 1) a thermodynamic model of the variable-air-volume air conditioning system and an electrical model of a variable-air-volume air conditioning fan are established; 2) a load aggregation merchant acquires the user information and the state information of the variable-air-volume air conditioning system; 3) the intention and the condition of the variable-air-volume air-conditioning system to participate in the power grid frequency regulation are judged; 4) the load aggregation merchant calculates the frequency regulating capacity which can be provided by the variable-air-volume air conditioner fan and gathers and uploads the frequency regulating capacity to a dispatching center, a frequency regulating task is dispatched by the dispatching center according to the frequency regulating capacity and is dispatched to the load aggregation merchant; and 5) the load aggregation merchant optimally adjusts the load of the variable-air-volume air-conditioning fan in real time according to the frequency regulating task and the comfort level of a user, a control instruction is issued, and the input power of the variable-air-volume air conditioner fan is adjusted. According to the real-time optimal dispatching method, on the premise that the comfort level of the user is guaranteed, the variable-air-volume air conditioning system can be ensured to participate in power grid frequency adjustment, and the quality of the power grid frequency can be improved.
