The method comprises the steps of receiving a first input of a user on a target control displayed in a current interface; in response tothe first input, displaying an image selection identifier generated based on the first input; receiving a second input of the user on the image selection identifier; and in response to the second input, sharing a target image selected by the second input to a target address. According to the image sharing method, the image can be shared without operations of opening a browsing interface and viewing the image, so that quick and convenient image sharing is realized, the image sharing step is simplified, and the image sharing efficiency is improved.
