Abstract

The invention provides an image correction method and apparatus, and a display device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-displayed image and a display region of a display screen; according to the to-be-displayed image and the display region, determining a to-be-corrected region of the to-be-displayed image; and correcting the to-be-corrected region of the to-be-displayed image, thereby enabling the corrected to-be-displayed image to be matched with the display region. The to-be-displayed image is adjusted or corrected to meet the demand of the display region in the display screen, so that the situation that a deformed screen only displays partial to-be-displayed image contents is avoided; and by comprehensively displaying the image, the watching experience of a user can be improved.
