Abstract

The present invention provides an application of bile acid in preparing a feed additive for bullfrogs. An experiment shows that bile acid in a feed can improve intestinal protease and lipase activities of bullfrogs, promotes nutrient digestion and absorption of the feed, improves apparent digestibility of feed dry matters, proteins and lipids of the bullfrogs, and thus increases the weight gain and feed efficiency of the bullfrogs. The addition of the bile acid in the feed can reduce the catabolism of the proteins in the body of the bullfrogs, promotes protein deposition and fat decomposition, thus reduces organ-body ratios, increases the edible ratio of the bullfrogs and increases the protein content of the body. The addition of the bile acid in the feed can reduce the liver fat levels and malondialdehyde content of the bullfrogs, enables the liver to be at a low oxidative stress level, thus maintains a healthy liver tissue structure and saves antioxidant energy consumption.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal feed additives, and in particular relates to the application of bile acids in the preparation of feed additives for bullfrogs. Background technique [0002] Bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana) has the advantages of fast growth, delicious taste, rich nutrition, high protein content, etc. It is deeply loved by consumers and has a broad market. Because of its high yield, short breeding cycle, good economic benefits, and strong adaptability, bullfrog aquaculture has developed rapidly in the southeastern provinces of my country in recent years. However, under intensive farming conditions, due to a large amount of compound feed and lack of exercise, bullfrogs generally have high body fat, which not only reduces the quality and edible ratio of bullfrogs, but also increases the cost of breeding, and is more likely to cause diseases. Therefore, adding a lipid-lowering factor to feed to reduce body fat deposition is becoming...
