Abstract

The invention provides a cooking apparatus, a steam generator and a descaling control method and device thereof. The steam generator comprises a drain valve which is arranged corresponding to a drainoutlet of the steam generator. The method comprises the following steps: S1, supplying a preset water amount to the steam generator; S2, controlling the drain valve to open at a first preset time, andcontrolling the steam generator to heat at a preset maximum power, so that the steam generator enters a dry burning state; and S3, when the temperature of the inner cavity of the steam generator reaches the first preset temperature, controlling the steam generator to stop heating to achieve hot and cold impact cycle at one time; and repeatedly executing the steps S1-S3 till the hot and cold impact cycle number of times finished reaches the preset number of times. According to the method, water scales attached to the inner cavity of the steam generator fall by means of a hot and cold impact method, and the falling water scales are discharged from the drain outlet without a descaling agent, so that the time is shortened, the descaling convenience is improved, and the method is simple and easy to implement.
