The method for recombining the image file comprises the steps of receiving the to-be-recombined image file; analyzing the plurality of parameters sets in the to-be-recombined image file; taking out a plurality of pieces of interest image data corresponding to regions of interest of each image from the data slices according to the parameters sets; updating the parameters sets to obtain a plurality of updated parameters sets; and generating a recombined image file according to the interest image data and the updated parameter sets.
