Abstract

The invention discloses a high-resolution heat flow signal measuring system for a wide temperature range in a high magnetic environment. The high-resolution heat flow signal measuring system is composed of two constant-current source circuits, a heat flow sensor, a low-temperature-drift low-noise amplifier module and a signal measuring circuit. The two constant-current source circuits can adjust feedback, supply power to the platinum wire temperature measuring thermal resistors symmetric in pairs of the heat flow sensor, and calculate a temperature difference by a voltage difference generatedby the two groups of platinum wire temperature measuring thermal resistors, thereby generating a differential thermal signal. The differential thermal signal is amplified by a group of low-temperature-drifting low-noise amplifier module, and finally is acquired and measured by a high-resolution 24-bit [sigma]-[delta] analog-to-digital converter. Compared with the prior art, the high-resolution heat flow signal measuring system has the following characteristics that 1, the heat flow sensor has a paramagnetic property and is not affected by the strong magnetic environment; 2, the heat flow sensor has a wide temperature measurement range; 3, the heat flow sensor can generate a large heat flow signal with good repeatability; and 4,a heat flow signal amplification module has magnetic shieldingand a constant-temperature housing, and eliminates the influence of noise and temperature drift.
