The herbicide synergistic composition further contains auxiliaries and solvents acceptable in pesticide. After addition of the auxiliaries and the solvents, the effective constituents including pinoxaden, mesosulfuron-methyl, sesamin and mefenpyr-diethyl in the herbicide synergistic composition account for 5%-80% of total weight of the composition. The dosage form of the herbicide synergistic composition can be a dispersable oil suspension, a dispersable oil suspoemulsion or emulsifiable concentrate.
