Abstract

The invention discloses a signal recognition particle 19, namely SRP 19, or application of a fragment of the signal recognition particle 19 in preparation of a reagent for diagnosing idiopathic inflammatory myopathies. A high-density protein chip technology is adopted for screening target antigens of PM/DM-associated autoantibodies to determine 91 PM/DM-associated autoantibodies. A PM/DM-associated autoantibody target antigen chip is established by and prepared from the target antigens corresponding to the 91 PM/DM-associated autoantibodies, and clinical enlarged sample verification is conducted. The result shows that the positive rate of an anti-SRP19 antibody in a PM group is 19.00%, and is higher than that of all control groups by 2.67% (P is equal to 3.26*10<-7>, and the result difference has significance; and the positive rate of the anti-SRP19 antibody in a DM group is 7.41%, and is higher than that of all the control groups by 2.67% (P is equal to 0.80*10<-2>), and the result difference has significance, the positive rate of the anti-SRP19 in a PM/DM group is 10.33%, and is higher than that of all the control groups by 2.67% (P is equal to 0.09*10<-3>), and the result difference has significance.
