Problems solved by technology

The rubber industry often uses severe conditions to destroy fibers to obtain eucommia gum, but at the same time destroys heat-sensitive substances such as chlorogenic acid, and the preparation process is complicated, the industrial production cost is high, and the product price is expensive, so large-scale development and application cannot be realized.
The pharmaceutical industry mainly focuses on the extraction of single components such as chlorogenic acid and aucubin, and the colloids are often removed as impurities, resulting in a great waste of Eucommia resources and high production costs
At present, the extraction process of eucommia gum is complicated. The extraction process of chlorogenic acid and aucubin focuses on the extraction of a single component, and most of them are the extraction of crude products. An efficient simultaneous extraction process of two active components has not been established.

Abstract

The invention provides a process for comprehensively extracting aucubin, chlorogenic acid and eucommea rubber from folium cortex eucommiae. The process comprises the following steps: extracting driedand ground folium cortex eucommiae with petroleum ether to obtain an extracting solution and filter residues; adding ethanol into the extracting solution to centrifugally take the lower solid, namelythe eucommea rubber, soaking and extracting the filter residues with ethanol, removing polysaccharides to obtain crude extract of aucubin and chlorogenic acid, and separating the crude extract of aucubin and chlorogenic acid by using a macroporous resin; finally, extracting with ethanol-ethyl acetate solutions respectively, passing through a polyamide column and a silica-gel column, and purifyingso as to obtain the final product. The process is simple in operation, low in production cost and high in yield, and can be used for large-scale production of the aucubin, chlorogenic acid and eucommea rubber industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of natural plant extraction, and in particular relates to a process for comprehensively extracting aucubin, chlorogenic acid and eucommia gum from eucommia leaves. Background technique [0002] Eucommia ulmoides (Eucommia ulmoides) is a plant of Eucommiaceae. It is a unique single family, single genus, and single species of plant in China. It is a very precious tree species and has important research value and important medicinal value in science. Eucommia ulmoides, also known as "rubber tree" or "Chinese rubber tree", is not related to rubber trees in Southeast Asia or South America. Eucommia ulmoides leaves contain a kind of natural rubber - eucommia gum, whose chemical structure is trans-polyisoprene (C 5 h 8 )n, which is an isomer of common natural rubber clover (cis-polyisoprene), is a special natural polymer material. The middle leaves of Eucommia ulmoides are rich in chlorogenic acid, which is an i...
