The method comprises the following steps of: inspecting a maximum stress intensity of the equipment when a last floor response spectrum of the equipment is taken as a seismic input; inspecting the maximum stress intensity of the equipment when an envelope acceleration given in an applicable equipment technology specification is taken as the seismic input; inspecting the maximum stress intensity of the equipment when the last floor response spectrum zero-cycle acceleration of the equipment is taken as the seismic input; inspecting the maximum stress intensity of the equipment when 1.5 times of a maximum value of a spectrum value corresponding to a frequency band larger than or equal to a fundamental frequency of the equipment of the last floor response spectrum of the equipment is taken as the seismic input; and simplifying the equipment and the support into a spring quality model to inspect the stress intensity of the equipment-support system under the effect of a mounting floor response spectrum, and comparing with the maximum stress intensity obtained by the other methods.
