The production process of the fluffy-state nanofibers comprises the following steps: performing pre-spinning in the environment without sheath gas; introducing sheath gas after a silk film appears; stopping spinning when fluffy-state fibers ascends to the top nearby in order to acquire fluffy-state nanofibers.
