Abstract

The invention discloses a heart rate detection method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device, and relates to the technical field of computers. The heart rate detection method includes:acquiring continuous images having a time series, wherein the continuous images include the face of a target object; successively extracting M face images from the continuous images according to the time series, wherein M is greater than or equal to 2; using a sliding time window to select one face image from N face images as a target image; calculating the heart rate value of the target object based on a difference value obtained by comparing the remaining M-1 face images with the target image. The method can monitor the heart rate change of the target object by analyzing the change frequencyof the face images in the time series, thereby realizing noncontact automatic and rapid heart rate monitoring, greatly improving the monitoring efficiency of heart rate, and effectively predicting the early signs of heart diseases such as arrhythmia and premature beat.
