The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: preparing a semi-aromatic poly-halogenated amide monomer; purifying a crude product of the semi-aromatic poly-halogenated amide monomer; preparing a sulfur-containing ether polyamine monomer; purifying a sulfur-containing ether polyamine solution.
