Abstract

The invention discloses a breast tumor detection system and method integrating LTP and HOG features. The detection method includes: acquiring collected breast tumor images, establishing an image training sample library; Discrete Haar wavelet transform to obtain 4 sample sub-images; extract HOG features from low-frequency sub-images in the sample sub-images; extract LTP features from horizontal sub-images, vertical sub-images and diagonal sub-images ; normalize the extracted features to form HOG-LTP features; establish an SVM model; take the sample images as input, and HOG-LTP features as expected output to perform sample training on the SVM model; calculate the breast to be detected. HOG-LTP features of tumor images; input the calculated HOG-LTP features into the trained SVM model to detect the output breast tumor images.
