The efficient sewage treating equipment comprises a sewage inlet pipe which is communicated with a sewage source, a sewage pump for pumping out sewage, a regulating basin for storing sewage, a biological revolving cage reactor for purifying the sewage, a secondary precipitating basin, a dosing tank which is communicated with the secondary precipitating basin and a sewage dehydrating basin which is communicated with the secondary precipitating basin, wherein sampling cans are respectively arranged in the regulating basin and the secondary precipitating basin; one of the sampling cans is fixed on the bottom of the regulating basin, and comprises a can body, an enclosing blockand a refrigerating system; an opening is formed in the upper end of the can body; a liquid inlet gap is formed in the side wall of the can body, and extends from the top of the can body to the bottomof the can body; the enclosing block can enclose the liquid inlet gap; a communicating hole is formed in a contact position of the regulating basin and the sampling can; a sampling pond is communicated to the lower part of the communicating hole; a buffer solution is placed in the sampling pond; a cutting knife is arranged on one side of the communicating hole.
