The invention discloses a construction method utilizing a blown sand cofferdam as a cast-in-situ box beam support foundation. The method is used for cast-in-situ box beam construction and comprises the following steps of: (1) performing preparation of construction; (2) clearing foundation, and laying geotextile soft body mattress; (3) filling a bank core sandbag and an geotextile tube bag, i.e., after the soft body mattress is laid, firstly clearing and sweeping the soft body mattress, and then performing a bag filling construction process, wherein bag filling construction is divided into bank core sandbag filling and geotextile tube bag sand filling; (4) blowing and filling the cofferdam with sand, i.e., after a certain engineering work load of sandbag filling embank construction is performed, performing bank core sand filling, and performing parallel construction on edge bodies on two sides and bank core loose sand; (5) discharging water and performing compaction; (6) paving crushed rock; and (7) casting concretes to form a support foundation. The method has the characteristics of simple steps, simplicity and convenience in construction, safety, environmental friendliness, less sedimentation and the like, and can ensure that the line shape of a bridge box beam structure meets the design and standards.
