Abstract

The invention relates to a self-balancing scooter. The self-balancing scooter comprises two scooter bodies, the scooter bodies comprise bearing assemblies, running mechanisms, control assemblies and electricity supplying devices, the bearing assemblies comprise frames of a hollow structure and pedal plates which are connected with the frames to form hollow cavities, the running mechanisms comprisewheels arranged on the frames and driving pieces which drive the wheels to rotate, and the wheels are located between the pedal plates and the ground. The control assemblies comprise posture sensorsand controllers, the posture sensors can detect the inclination angles of the frames, and the controllers can control the rotating speed of the driving pieces according to the detected results of theposture sensors. The electricity supplying devices are located in the hollow cavities and electrically connected with the control assemblies. The electricity supplying devices fully utilize inner spaces of the bearing assemblies, the structural arrangement of the scooter bodies is more reasonable, and the size of the scooter bodies is reduced. The two scoter bodies can operate independently, a connecting structure between the two scooter bodies is omitted, the size of the scooter bodies is further reduced, and the portability of the self-balancing scooter is improved.
