The quantum-dot composition comprises a micro emulsion and a macromolecular precursor for dispersing the micro emulsion, wherein the micro emulsion comprises quantum dots, a dissolving medium for dissolving thequantum dots and an emulsifier for wrapping the dissolving medium. Firstly, the quantum dots are dissolved in the dissolving medium, and then, the quantum dot dissolved dissolving medium is added into the macromolecular precursor. The emulsifier is amphiphilic, one end of the emulsifier is connected with the macromolecular precursor, the other end of the emulsifier is connected with the dissolving medium, the quantum dot dissolved dissolving medium can form the micro emulsion by using an emulsifying action of the emulsifier, and the contact between the quantum dots and the macromolecular precursor is effectively avoided, so that the quantum dots can be present inside the micro emulsion and are stably dispersed in the macromolecular precursor, the luminescence efficiency of the formed quantum-dot luminescent material is increased, and the aging stability of the quantum dots is improved.
