The method comprises the steps that all well strata of a study area are divided into single layers,and an isochronal stratum correlation framework map is established; all the single layers are subjected to sedimentary microfacies recognition in a well-by-well mode, and sand body boundaries of all the single layers are determined according to a sedimentary microfacies recognition result and the sandstone thickness distribution situations of all the single layers; the sand body boundaries are restrained according to the lithologic and electrical characteristics of the positions where all wells in the single layers are located, and the relationship between all the wells and the lithologic boundaries is determined; and according to the sandstone thickness distribution situations of the single layers and the relationship between all the wells and the lithologic boundaries, the lithologic boundaries of all the wells of the single layers are combined, and the lithologic boundaries of the complex structure area are represented. Representing can be completed only through a geological means without prediction and judgment of a seismic reservoir; analysis is conducted through the relationships among the sedimentary microfacies, lithologic and electrical characteristics of the single wells,thus the lithologic boundaries can be judged, and the single layers does not need to be subjected to any treatment; and as for the complex structure area, the lithologic boundaries can be efficientlycharacterized through the geological means.
