According to the system, due to the fact that an energy storage body is used for providing energy, no combustion exists in the power generation and heat supply process, and pollutant emission is avoided; meanwhile, a boiler system, a coal supply system, a wind and smoke system and the like are omitted, and the site occupation is greatly saved; and therefore, the system can be arranged close to load centers of living space, office and the like, and is shorter in energy transfer distance, low in loss, high in safety coefficient, low in rejection processing cost and extremely high in regeneration utilization rate compared with an energy source distributed in a park.
