The present application relates to a claim settlement method, a system, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a claim settlement request carrying a user identification sent by a terminal, and receiving a claim settlement image file according to the claim settlement request. The claim image file is desensitized and analyzed to obtain claim data, and the claim data comprises a corresponding Chinese description. If it is recognized that the claim data is not repeatedly transmitted back and is valid data, a code table is obtained, and codescorresponding to the claim data are matched from the code table according to the Chinese description. According to the user identification, the user historical claim data and user information are obtained, and the wind control model is invoked to input the matched code claim data, historical claim data and user information into the wind control model to identify whether the claim data exist claimrisk or not. When it is identified that there is no claim risk in the claim data, the claim bill is obtained according to the claim data, and the claim expense is calculated according to the claim bill.
