Abstract

The invention discloses a method for bleaching teeth based on whitening and cleaning gel. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly applying AB dual-tube gel to a denture through a mixing head; irradiating the gel on the denture for 5-10 seconds with an LED blue light; wearing the denture to whiten and clean teeth; and brushing teeth with special mineralized desensitizing toothpaste after 3-10 minutes. According to the method, the photo catalyst of whitening gel is directly activated in vitro through the LED light source to generate hydroxyl radicals with oxidative activity and actson organic stains remained on the tooth surface, so that colored substances are oxidized to fade in color and are dissolved by tea oil and other edible oil in the gel; acid generated by oxidative bleaching and decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is captured and neutralized by alkaline substances, tooth enamel is prevented from being destroyed by acid substances, and tiny carbon dioxide can be usedfor loosening stains and scale on the tooth surface. The whole process can effectively whiten and clean teeth with high efficiency, high safety and convenience in use.
