The method for establishing a UPLC spectrum of radix achyranthis bidentatae and radix achyranthis bidentatae preparata with wine comprises the following steps: preparation of a test solution: taking radix achyranthis bidentatae or radix achyranthisbidentatae preparata with wine test sample powder, adding 10% methanol, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, filtering, and taking filtrate to obtain the test solution; and detecting by adopting a highperformance liquid chromatograph, namely detecting the test solution by adopting a Waters high performance liquid chromatograph, and establishing a UPLC spectrum.
