Problems solved by technology

[0006] 1. The closing body hits first on one side and is bent by the pressure already present and possibly the guide is bent and the stem (also called guide stem) breaks
[0007] 2. Due to a collision on one side, the closing body can also be pressed into its stable end position and cause frictional wear in this
The valve is thus not tight
[0008] 3. Also due to a collision on one side, the other side can be accelerated strongly and thus impact the seat with high closing energy and wear it down
The latter leads until jet wear
[0010] The guidance of the closing body in the valve is thus an unresolved major problem which leads to considerable expense and often leads to frequent failures of the valves and thus the pumps in the pump industry and the process industry

Embodiment Construction

[0070] In all figures, the arrows show the pumping direction of a pump comprising a valve according to the invention, wherein the valve can be used both for flow from bottom to top (upflow) and for flow from top to bottom (downflow) flow.

[0071] figure 1 The complete pump ( 20 ) is shown, comprising a transmission and two downflow valves ( 10 ) according to the invention inserted therein. The downflow valve (10) is a downflow pump valve.

[0072] figure 1 In the downflow pump valve according to the present invention, such as by figure 2 and 3 structure as can be seen.

[0073] The valve (10) comprises a valve housing (1) in which a valve seat (5) and a closing body movable axially relative to the valve seat (5) are arranged. The closing body includes a cone (2a) and a valve rod (2d) axially fixedly connected with the cone (2a). The closing body (2a, 2d) is respectively passed through three elements (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b (3c and 4c not shown)) is radially connected to the ...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a valve, a pump valve and a pump comprising a pump valve. The guidance of closing bodies in valves is an unresolved problem that can lead to considerable costs and often frequent failures of valves and thus pumps in the pump- and process industries. The aim of the invention therefore is to provide a valve, more particularly a pump valve, and a pump comprising a pump valve which do not exhibit the known disadvantages. This aim is achieved, inter alia, by a valve comprising a valve housing in which a valve seat and a closing body that can move axially relative tosaid valve seat, are provided, the closing body being radially connected to the valve housing via at least one element consisting of a flexible material, whereby the closing body is radially connected to the valve housing at least at two mutually axially spaced clamping points by means of at least one respective element consisting of a flexible material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a valve, a pump valve and a pump comprising at least one pump valve. Background technique [0002] Automatic, pressure-controlled or fluid-controlled valves are used in a variety of different industries. [0003] For example, DE 10 2007 016 898 A1, DE 10 2015 200 937 A1, GB 558 201 A, US 2 355862 A and JP H03-33571 A disclose valves comprising a sealing seat, a valve body comprising a locking sealing seat and an elastic element , the elastic element pulls the valve body radially toward the sealing seat. [0004] The most frequent field is process technology and there, in particular, fluid valves in oscillating positive displacement pumps. As long-term experience has shown, the weak point of such valves is the closing process. If the closing body is to fit exactly into the valve seat geometry, the closing body must be guided. However, this does not place major structural demands, since the guide should not be too narrow and ...
