Abstract

The invention relates to multifunctional concrete acid-resistant powder which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10%-15% of a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent, 20%-35% of fly ash, 50%-60% of blast furnace mineral powder, 2%-4% of instant powdery sodium silicate and 0.5%-1.5% of polypropylene fibers. The multifunctional concrete acid-resistant powder significantly improves the chemical composition of a concrete cementing system, reduces the reaction between acidic substances and a concrete matrix, improves the penetration resistance and crack resistance ofthe matrix, reduces the acidic substances from entering the concrete matrix, improves the acid corrosion resistance of the hydraulic concrete, and reduces the risks of surface swelling and strength reduction of the concrete under an acidic environment erosion condition. The material has the characteristics of convenience in use, complete nontoxicity and the like, is suitable for large-scale popularization and application, and has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
