mullite, 10-15 parts of 3-5mm of flint clay, 10-15 parts of 1-3mm flint clay, 5-10 parts of 0-1mm of flint clay, 10-25 parts of 0.2-1mm 
alumina hollow ball, 8-15 parts of 
silicon carbide powder no more than 200 mesh, 5-10 parts of flint clay 
powder no more than 200 mesh, 3-5 parts of 
calcium aluminate cement, 3-5 parts of 
alumina powder, 4-6 parts of 
silicon powder, 0.10-0.15 part of a water 
reducing agent and 0.01-0.02 part of explosion-proof fibers. The acid resistant prefabricated component for 
carbonization furnace prepared by the invention has good high-temperature 
acid erosion resistance, suitable strength, low 
thermal conductivity and excellent 
thermal shock resistance, can withstand the 
erosion of strong acidic gases produced in the 
pyrolysis carbonization process such as 
nitrogen oxides, 
sulfur oxides, 
hydrogen chloride and partial 
hydrogen fluoride, takes into account of the performance requirements of product strength and 
thermal conductivity, and can significantly prolong the service life of the carbonization furnace.
