sodium dodecyl
benzene sulfonate serving as a dispersing agent into a reaction solution, performing
carbonization reaction at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C, and determining a reaction endpoint according to a pH value. The
carbonization reaction is carried out in three serially connected bubble towers with the same size and structure, the first bubble
tower is a main carbonization
tower, and the second bubble
tower and the third bubble tower are carbonization-washing towers. According to the present invention, with the method, the problems of difficult washing and low white
carbon black surface area caused by gel dissociation, agglomeration and wrapping during the white
carbon black production by using the traditional carbonization method are solved, and the detection results show that the white carbon black has the good stability and the good stability; the white carbon black produced by the method disclosed by the invention stably meets the A-class standard requirements in HG / T-3061-2020 rubber compounding agent hydrated
silicon dioxide.
