By analyzing the features of the blackbird mitochondria genome sequence and reestablishing a blackbird and affinis species system development tree, on one hand, a molecular information library of the blackbird can be more complete, and the species and the affinis species can be further easily protected and utilized; moreover, the research basis and molecular data are provided for the research on other birds.
